This is a house share which means all parts of the house or shared except for your private bedroom. I want you to feel free to do things, hang pictures, or whatever (as long as it looks good) to help decorate the other areas of the house I want you to feel like this is your home as well as it is thats why even though it is a four bedroom four bath house I only want to work with three roommates, I want everybody to feel comfortable and at ease. Your are more then welcome at your cost to add a keyed lock to your bedroom door,

4 bed, 2 full bath, 2 half Baths 1,632 sqft.the, the basement is 676 sqft. with a half bath, very private, asking 750.00 a month for the basement. the other room is 650.00 a month, Amenities include: Gas, electricity and trash. Does not include internet, and TV. I have Centurylink wifi and DirectV but they charge by TV. The deposits are the same as the rent. Although there is no private bath, there is 1 full and two half baths, fully fenced back yard, All the rain we had this summer caused water to get in the basement so that is something that will be addressed, if someone wants to rent that it has its own private 1/2 bath, we will fix it before they move in. There is parking for one in the driveway, lawn care and snow removal is already taken of. The bedrooms are not furnished, there is room for storage.
