Champion sired beautiful red and white male shih tzu. Available to a loving forever pet home. Phantom has a sweet personality and plays very well with other dogs and he is great with kids. He is a very solid boy and is right at 13 lbs fully matured. He has beautiful large round eyes and a heart of gold.
When placing a dog that is above age 1 we prefer a vet reference with a
